On the way here we passed a van that had a sign on the side that said google "Around the World in 10 Years. It has been an adventure for 2 Spaniards traveling in the different countries.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. Hit It.
Today there was a slight mishap in the van. While heading over to the golf course, Tom took a turn onto golf course drive and a growler got loose and broke. We will just have to slow down a little the next couple of days. If we get stopped by a cop, he/she wouldn't be impressed with the smell.
Tomorrow, the wide open countryside. Since we left Cleveland, the trees have thinned out considerably and the miles and miles of corn has takes their place. I guess they don't burn wood in the Winter....speaking of wood, I hope my sons-in-law had fun today. Is there anyone that hasn't heard what happened to Greg Norman?
