June 22, 2018 Poland day 1

Good morning everyone.  We finally made it to Poland. We did have a problem getting here as we missed our connecting flight to Krakow and didn’t get a connecting flight until 10:20 pm. We did manage to get to our room and asleep by around 1 am. Saturday. This late in the day and about time for a couple of pics.  Plenty of English signs in the airport to make your away around. Goodnight all, time for sleep.

June 20, 2018 In search of Relatives

Today we headed to the home of Tom's sister Joan, who will be our partner in search of Relatives in Poland.  Today was a day to get together and make final checks in the planning process.  Thursday we fly out of Logan for Kraków with a short stop in Frankfurt. Although we stop here every time we leave or head home to Maine, Danvers is always on the itinerary.  It will be an exciting journey for us as the people we are planning to meet have been separated from us by an ocean...and a lifetime of years.  Hopefully we can keep an eye out for Grammie.
